We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. fraudulent activity, inventory issues).

4. Shipping

We ship across India with delivery timelines typically ranging from 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. Certain remote or difficult-to-reach areas may incur extra charges at actual courier rates.

5. Returns & Cancellations

As our products include perishable items (tea, snacks, etc.), returns are not accepted, except in cases of:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received
- Issues reported within 24 hours of delivery, with visual proof
Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be processed only after a review of submitted claims.
Cancellation of orders is allowed only before dispatch.
